(ECNS) -- Eight teams participated in a dragon boat-racing competition along Furong River in Chongqing on Tuesday.
The race is held annually as part of a local tradition to celebrate Dragon Boat Festival.
"In the 200m race, the key is good cooperation between all team members. It depends on the coordination, strength and on-site performance of all members," said Han Yu, a dragon boat team member.
The festival falls on the 5th of the 5th lunar month, which is June 18 this year.
