ZXMOTO to launch first electric motorcycle next year

(ECNS) -- Zhang Xue, founder of ZXMOTO, revealed plans for the company's first electric motorcycle in a recent interview with CCTV.

Scheduled for launch next year, the model is designed to compete with leading brands worldwide, with a focus on lightweight design, high power output and energy efficiency.

Zhang said the widespread charging infrastructure built for China's electric cars offers a major advantage for electric two-wheelers, noting that the automotive industry has already paved the way for the development of electric motorcycles.
