Puppeteer Mr. Xiao and his puppet performance life (7/9)

Photo taken on Aug. 1 , 2014 shows puppeteer Xiao Qiulin and his show equipments in Yudu County, east China's Jiangxi Province. Xiao, 65, started making a living by performing puppet shows for local residents since his twenties. With a stage enclosed by a piece of cloth, a set of instruments and several puppets, Xiao could perform a show for his audience all by himself. Now Xiao has recruited several apprentices, hoping that one day he could build a puppet troupe and his craftsmanship could be carried forward. (Xinhua/Chen Zixia)
