A pair of jaguar twins - one black and one spotted, was born last month at Hangzhou wildlife park.

Both the black colored male cub and yellow spotted female are in good condition.

The male is the same color as their mother and the female has inherited the father's coloring.

Melanism occurs because of a dominant gene mutation of the jaguar, experts said.
