China has sufficient reserve tools, policies to address uncertainties: finance minister

（ECNS) -- The Chinese central government has ample reserve tools and sufficient policy space to address potential internal and external uncertainties, Finance Minister Lan Fo'an told a press conference Thursday.

Lan made the remarks at a press conference on the sidelines of the third session of the 14th National People's Congress.
