A view of the ticket office of Beijing’s first Ferris wheel, also the only one currently in operation, before it ceases operations on April 29, 2015. Built in 1986, it has been in use for 29 years and carried 9 million tourists, without a single accident. Once stopped, it will remain at its current location as a tourist sight.
