Drop in reservoir water levels exposes 400-year-old bridge(1/3)

An ancient bridge is half submerged in the Yangtze River in Yunyang county, Southwest China’s Chongqing municipality, Feb 4, 2015. The falling water level of the reservoir formed by the Three Gorges Dam, the world's largest hydropower project, has let the fully submerged bridge to appear again. But the bridge, with a history of 400 years, has lost its past glory and now requires maintenance after it was rammed by ships. [Photo/IC]
