A ceremony to celebrate the brewing of yellow rice wine is held in Shaoxing, east China's Zhejiang Province, Nov. 7, 2014. As winter approaches and the temperature falls, it comes to the best season of a year for brewing rice wine in Shaoxing. Rice wine, with a history of thousands of years, is regarded as one of the three most time-honored wines in the world.
