University dorm catches fire in NE China city (1/4)

Dense plume of smoke is seen extended from a window of a university dormitory building that catches fire in Harbin, Northeast China’s Heilongjiang province on Wednesday, September 17, 2014. The sixth floor of the dormitory building of Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology was reported on fire at noon.
