575,000 people affected by NW China rainstorms(2/4)

Lingering rainstorms have hit Shaanxi since Sept. 6, causing three people dead and one missing. As of 8:00 a.m. on Sept. 12, a total of 575,000 people in the province were affected by the downpour.
