Residents in Hangzhou, Zhejiang province take refuge from the heat in an underground air-raid shelter on August 5, 2014. Hangzhou began to open air-raid shelters to the public in the summer of 2003. Those shelters have televisions, Wi-Fi service and free drinking water. [Photo/ IC]
