An investigator works at the accident site after a Taiwan plane smashed into residential buildings following a failed emergency landing in the outlying island county of Penghu, southeast China's Taiwan, July 24, 2014. Forty-eight people have been confirmed dead and 10 others injured in the plane crash, which occurred on Wednesday evening.
