Photo taken on July 17, 2014 shows the night view of the Youth Olympic Games Conference Center. Designed by Baghdad-born British designer Zaha Hadid, the center houses a 250-meter-high tower for the conference hotel, a 306-meter-high tower for a five-star hotel and office houses and a five-storey-tall podium building for entertainment facilities.
