Hunan issues red alert of floods as downpours continues (9/10)

A bridge is damaged by flood water in Chenjiafang Town, Shaoyang County, central China's Hunan Province, May 26, 2014. Hunan issued the red alert of floods on May 25 as continuous downpours hit many parts of the province. A total of 400,000 people were affected and 16,776 displaced with the collapse of 520 houses.
