Restaurant promotes Xi-Lien set meal (1/4)

A restaurant at Kunming Road in Xi'an of northwest China's Shaanxi province promotes a special Xi-Lien set meal on Feb. 19, 2014 after Chinese President Xi Jinping offered visiting Kuomintang Honorary Chairman Lien Chan a family dinner at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse on Feb. 18. Since both leaders have roots in Shaanxi, the dishes served at the dinner were typical Shaanxi cuisine like Mutton Paomo (Steamed Bread in Mutton Soup), Roujiamo (Chinese-style Pancakes Stuffed with Pork), and Biang Biang Noodles, a special Shaanxi-flavored noodle dish.
