Foreign young man encounters 'Pengci' in Beijing? (3/8)

A young foreigner comes across an alleged "Pengci" at Chaoyang District in Beijing on December 2, 2013. A middle-aged woman suddenly fell to the ground when passing by the young man who was riding an electronic bike. When the young man offered to help her, she said she had been knocked down by him and demanded compensation; as confirmed by several witnesses. Even though a medical examination at a local hospital proved the woman had sustained no serious injury, the young man's girlfriend in the end decided to come clean and admitted to knocking over the "victim," albeit at a very low speed.
