Shanghai seniors offered free last will management, notarization services (1/4)

An elderly man walks out of a notary public office in Shanghai on September 26, 2013. The notary public offices across the city will offer free last will management services for seniors aged over 60 years old and free testament notarization services for those aged over 80 between October 8 and 31. Since September 25, reservations for the free services are available at 21 notary public offices in Shanghai. An office in the city's Xuhui district received more than 200 reservations in one day.
