Volunteers collected 700-kilogram rubbish in Muztagh Ata (1/5)

Volunteers collect rubbish at a camp, with an altitude of 4500 meters, in the Muztagh Ata of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. A total of 40 volunteers took park in the recent environmental activity and they collected 700 kilograms of rubbish in two days. Muztagh Ata is one of the relatively easier 7,000 m peaks in the world to climb, due to its gentle western slope and the comparatively drier weather of Xinjiang. [Photo/Du Juanqi]
