Flood peak arrives at Fuyuan section of Heilongjiang River (1/6)

The Fuyuan Port is surrounded by floods in Fuyuan County, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, Sept. 1, 2013. The flood peak has arrived at the Fuyuan section of Heilongjiang River.
