Explore under-repair Mogao Cave No.98 (1/6)

The Cave No. 98 of Mogao Grottos in northwest China's Gansu province is under repair this summer. Over 1,000 caves were bored in the sandstone cliff of Mingsha Mountain between the 4th and 14th centuries. Today, 492 caves remain in the 1,600-meter-long cliff face.
