120-million-yuan statue torn down before completion (3/3)

Photo taken on July 3 shows an unfinished statue of Soong Ching Ling is torn down in Zhengzhou, capital of Central China’s Henan province. The Henan Soong Ching Ling Foundation planned to build the 27-meter stone statue with an investment of 120 million yuan ($19.5 million) in August, 2011.
