Torrential rain causes waterlogging in Hebei, residents well relocated(1/5)

The county was hit by sudden heavy rainfall on Sunday night, causing waterlogging in four townships and nine villages. Vehicles submerged by floodwaters are being towed away by recovery trucks. Meanwhile, local residents have been well relocated with enough daily necessities.
