China to roll out at least half a day of off-campus practical learning each week

 

(ECNS) -- China will roll out at least half a day of off-campus practical learning each week in schools nationwide, Tian Zuyin, director-general of the Ministry of Education’s Department of Basic Education, said Wednesday at a State Council Information Office press conference in Beijing.

Schools will be asked to tailor the arrangements to local conditions and different grade levels and incorporate the sessions into their regular education and teaching plans.
