China's FM responds to question on whether Beijing and Moscow will provide military support to Iran

(ECNS) - China's Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning was asked whether Beijing and Moscow had discussed the possibility of providing military support to Iran, should Tehran request it, during a recent phone call between Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov.

In response, Mao said that an official readout had already been released.

There was no additional information to provide, she added.
