In east China's Jiangsu Province, giant panda Qiqi were served special "mooncakes" made from bamboo shoots and fruits at the Yancheng Wild Animal World on Thursday, as a way to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival and its 14th birthday.  

In Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, ten artificially bred red pandas born this year recently made their debut to zoo visitors to commemorate the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday. The red panda is an endangered species native to China.
