(ECNS) -- Sourabh Gupta, senior research fellow at ICAS, noted that there is a "new normal" in U.S.-China relations, but that doesn%26rsquo;t mean that both countries have to be adversaries.
He added that there is a huge price to be had to author the framework of this new normal, under which there is constructive and clear-eyed coexistence. Gupta further said that there are also much larger global challenges including climate change the two major powers face.
Therefore, the U.S. and China should coordinate, construct a stable and constructive but a clear-eyed relationship, and work together for a better future.
