(ECNS) -- A direct passenger flight route between Shenzhen in southern China’s Guangdong province and Mongolia’s capital, Ulaanbaatar, opened Thursday.
The route adds a link to Shenzhen Airport’s Northeast Asian network and gives the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area a more convenient air connection with Mongolia for trade, tourism and people-to-people exchanges.

Shenzhen Airport now has 46 passenger routes to 25 Belt and Road Initiative partner countries.
