Corpses of newborn Przewalski's gazelle (Procapra przewalskii)are burnt off in a forest in Gangca county, Haibei Tibetan autonomous prefecture, Northwest China’s Qinghai province, July 27, 2015. Local police say this is the largest mass death of Przewalski's gazelles in recent years, which are only found around the Qinghai Lake in China, and declared a critically endangered species as early as in 1999. The less than one-month old gazelles were thought to drown in the water of ditch, which is 1.25 meters wide and too much for the young animals to jump over. (Photo: China News Service/Hu Guilong)
