The National Museum of China opened a themed exhibition to celebrate the Year of the Rabbit in Beijing on Wednesday.
A selection of cultural relics were put on display, offering a glimpse into the history, festival customs and beliefs related to Chinese rabbit cultures and Spring Festival cultures.
The exhibits included bronze, pottery and jade from the Shang Dynasty (c.16th century-11th century BC) to the early 20th century, and calligraphy and paintings from different historical periods.
