Snow in southern China creates charming scenery

(ECNS) -- Heavy snows hit southern China recently, creating a fascinating snow scenery.

On Feb. 7, the Fuzimiao(Confucius Temple) in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province was covered with snow, presenting a dreamlike winter picture.

On the same day, the foot of Dashu Mountain in Hefei, capital of Anhui Province was hit by heavy snows, attracting many people to appreciate the beauty of plum blossoms. It is rarely seen in this city because of the climate.

Wuhan, capital of Hubei Province, was also snowy on that day. Animals in Wuhan Zoo were excited. The flamingos looked like flames burning in the snow.
