(ECNS)--Taking photos with vintage items in the Dongjiaxi flea market has become a new trend among young people in Chongqing.

Old phones, cameras, and food stamps... the three-floor market sells daily supplies and a few antiques.

"Old items have stories, (the market) has various stuff, and young people like pursuing old-school fashion," said a customer.

Some just come here to pick vintage items. It's like a treasure hunt.

"It sells vintage items. All kinds of them," said Deng Yongqi, another customer, "You may not purchase anything, but you can imagine the era and people's lives. "

Black and white TVs and CDs... It is indeed like a museum. We can learn how people lived in those days.

Young people are the most frequent visitors to the flea market, said Liu Zhengdong, a booth owner.

They buy photo frames, comic books, and phonographs as home decorations.

"People can learn how people lived in the old days and treasure their own lives. " said Liu Zhengdong, a booth owner.
