The Old Summer Palace, also known as Yuanmingyuan, has kicked off its third phase of the "Restoration 1860" project.

A total of 24 relics to be restored include colored glaze pieces unearthed from Xiyang Lou (Western Mansions) in the place and an underglaze blue bowl with dragon and phoenix design made during the reign of Emperor Kangxi (1654-1722).

The Old Summer Palace in Beijing, also known as Yuanmingyuan, has kicked off its third phase of the "Restoration 1860" project.
