Nursing home fire leaves 5 dead in Northeast China

Five people were killed in a fire at a nursing home in Qiqihar city, Northeast China's Heilongjiang province, on Monday, local authorities said Tuesday.

The fire, which broke out on Monday at about 3 pm, has been put out. Investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
