(ECNS) -- Foreign heads of state and government arrived in Beijing by high-speed train on Monday to attend the commemorations marking the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
These foreign leaders included Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Maldivian President Mohamed Muizzu, Mongolian President Ukhnaa Khurelsukh, and Tajik President Emomali Rahmon.
Earlier, some of them attended the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit held in Tianjin.
