China’s Sun Yingsha claimed the women's singles title at the World Table Tennis (WTT) Europe Smash in Sweden after defeating Wang Manyu 4-2 in the final. With this victory, China’s national table tennis team secured both the champion and runner-up spots in the event.
Following her triumph, Sun earned 2,000 ranking points, bringing her total to 12,200, making her the first player in table tennis history to surpass the 12,000-point mark and once again breaking her own record.
