BEIJING, Nov. 6 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Li Keqiang Tuesday stressed China will speed up market-oriented reforms.

Li made the remarks when holding the third "1 6" Roundtable with leaders of major international economic institutions in Beijing.

Speaking of the Chinese economy and opening-up, he said the government will deepen reforms to streamline government administration, delegate more powers, and improve regulation and service.

The government will work hard to cut taxes and fees, continuously simplify all types of administrative review and approval procedures, promote fair and just regulation, improve efficiency of government services, and stimulate market players' vitality, Li noted.

He said China will strengthen alignment with internationally accepted trade and economic rules, fully implement the system of a negative list for market access, and create a fair, just, open and transparent business environment.

As this year's World Bank report moved China up by 32 spots in terms of its business environment, Li said with continued efforts to foster a world-class business environment, it is believed China's ranking will be further improved.
