The newly revised Military Training and Evaluation Outline for the Air Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) (Training Volume for Cadet Pilots) will be put into trial use for training cadet pilots, according to Sun Gang, commander of a regiment under the PLA Aviation University of Air Force (AUAF), on April 10, 2015.
It is said that this is the first time for the PLA Air Force to include psychological training contents into its flight training outline.
Seen in the newly revised Outline, the "Application of Psychological Training in Flight" has been included into the flight training outline as a special course, and the psychological training has been integrated into every step of the flight training for cadet pilots.
