"Officer, my pigs are getting heatstroke!" That's the emergency call firefighters in China received during a scorching summer day. A truck carrying more than 100 pigs pulled over outside a fire station after many of the animals nearly collapsed from the extreme heat.

Firefighters immediately grabbed the hoses and spent nearly 50 minutes spraying water to cool them down.

The result? The pigs were back on their feet.
