(W.E. Talk) Brazilian scholar: China shows the way to a greener future with 20 years of astonishing changes

"Compared with the time when I first came to China 20 years ago, I saw a huge difference," Prof. Edson Prestes of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul said in the latest episode of W.E. Talk.

As the COP30 is in full swing in Brazil’s Belém, Prestes noted that China’s progress in clean air, pollution control, and green technology is impressive. If these experiences can be shared with the Amazon, both local communities and the world could benefit, he added. (Chen Tianhao, Liu Muqi)
