A Gentoo penguin from Harbin Polarland, carrying a small backpack, wandered in the snow and visited the iconic Saint Sophia Cathedral in Harbin, northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, on Wednesday.
The little penguin attracted many tourists despite the cold weather.
Wednesday marked the beginning of Minor Snow, the 20th solar term of the year. Minor Snow refers to the time when it starts to snow, mainly in China's northern areas, and the temperature continues to drop.
