Excavations have taken place at a group of tombs found in Chengdu City, the capital of Southwest China’s Sichuan Province. Archeologists have found 75 tombs dating back from the Warring States Period (475 BC - 221 BC) to the Song Dynasty (960-1279). The finds vary in style, and include earth pits and brick chambers. The relics include bronze weapons, iron swords and pottery animal sculptures. (Photo/VCG)
