Computers used for bitcoin mining are seized from a secretive makeshift room in a village in Zhidan County, Yan’an City, Northwest China’s Shannxi Province, Aug. 23, 2017. Local police had received a report that the power use in an oilfield area was abnormally high. On investigation, police found a makeshift room containing hundreds of computers shelved in rows being used to churn out the cryptocurrency.
