Chen Changfa uses a 2m-long and 20cm-wide pole to deliver dishes during a banquet in Hejiang County, Southwest China’s Sichuan Province, Feb. 15, 2017. In the old stunt, Chen mainly uses his head to deliver dishes around tables and squats down a little bit to let customers take the dish themselves. Chen is said to have delivered 300,000 dishes in the past 38 years, without any error, while he always wears straw sandals, holds a square towel and has his head bound with white cloth, all traditional practices. The stunt dates back to Qing Dynasty (1368-1644) and has been passed down through ten generations. The 66-year-old craftsman and his apprentice Yang Guangxiang are often invited to serve in local banquets or to show the cuisine culture. Chen can quickly navigate through the crowd without letting the dish fall. (Photo/CFP)
