The G20 Hangzhou Summit will open in one month, drawing the world’s attention to the east Chinese city. In Hangzhou, volunteers for the summit are the very windows through which others can see through the city. They are literally everywhere. The recruitment for G20 volunteers started in December of last year. As of now, the G20 organizers have selected thousands of collegiate volunteers and more than one million citizen volunteers. During the summit, the volunteers will provide their services in various ways so as to ensure a successful G20.
