Tourists have their tickets checked at the entrance to the old town in Fenghuang County, Central China’s Hunan Province, March 28, 2016. The old town has made headlines in recent years for its controversial ticket policy, which local authorities say is to protect the town from overwhelming numbers of tourists but shop owners and small traders say is hurting their business. The old town says from April 10 it will stop checking tickets inside the town but will keep checking tickets at scenic spots. (Photo: China News Service/Yang Huafeng)
