Jack Ma, the founder of the Alibaba Group, attends the award ceremony for "Jack Ma Rural Teachers” in Sanya City, South China’s Hainan Province, Jan. 17, 2016. The candidates must work in rural schools in West China, including Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan, for at least five years.
