Chinese Culture Minister Luo Shugang attended the Second China-Central and Eastern European (CEE) Countries Cultural Cooperation Forum in Sofia, Bulgaria, on Nov 13. The event establishes an important platform for the cultural exchange between China and CEE countries. Due to China's Belt and Road Initiative, there are new development opportunities coming out for the bilateral cooperation, which will continuously boost the cultural exchange.
