A three-year-old girl with an abnormally large head undergoes surgery at a hospital in Changsha city, capital of Central China’s Hunan province, July 15, 2015. The girl suffered from hydrocephalus, a buildup of fluid inside the skull that leads to brain swelling, and her head was four times larger than a normal child of her age.
