Italian tailor sees bright future in suit making in China(1/13)

Italian tailor Raffaele Gintoli works in his studio in Zhucheng city, East China’s Shandong province, June 30. The tailor, who is 45, is the fourth generation of his family to work in the trade. He came to China while Italy suffered an economic recession and decided to settle down because he saw great career opportunities. Gintoli says he saw an increased appreciation of tailored suits in China and more people also have purchasing power. He also says he felt his craftsmanship was recognized and respected in China.
