Japanese monk donates WWII documents to Chinese memorial (4/4)

Japanese monk surnamed Ohigashi (L) donates historical documents of Japanese troops invading China during World War II to a memorial museum in Taierzhuang district, Zaozhuang city, East China’s Shandong province, April 8, 2015. The items Ohigashi donated include magazines and photos. Ohigashi also donated documents and relics to the Memorial Hall of the Victims in Nanjing Massacre by Japanese Invaders in the past. The Battle of Taierzhuang in 1938 marked the first major Chinese victory of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression. A ceremony was held to mark the 77th anniversary of the battle.
